Mindful Eating Program 

You have a choice to make.

You can continue to try every diet that comes your way, only to overeat again when you feel hungry, deprived, bored, stressed or anxious.

Or you can decide to break free from the diet mentality, and instead learn to tune in to your body wisdom, rediscover pleasure and be in charge of your eating and life. 


This will be a very personal journey.

You will bring your lived experiences, your thoughts, feelings, knowings and beliefs to the table.

You will learn to practice mindfulness and understand that perfection and rigid rules are not necessary. In fact, many of the answers have been within your reach the whole time, but you have been reaching out instead of reaching in.

You become aware of what you think, feel and do, which gives you the freedom to better understand how to get the results you want, without confusing rules and feeling like a failure.

At the end of the program, you'll have a powerful foundation of important skills and fulfilling ways of nourishing your body, mind, heart and spirit - without restrictive eating.

Expect to receive a diet plan (spoiler alert it doesn't work).

Want to count calories, grams and be strict on good/bad foods.

Want to be given strict exercise rules and be blamed for not "sticking" to external rules.

I like to keep groups small (no more than 15). This means that places are limited for each program. I do this to ensure that YOU get the most out of this program, as I believe that support and attention are important. You will have my support as you begin to unpack beliefs, break free from diet culture & live the life you have been craving!

Your Commitment & Our Promise

Your commitment to this program is necessary. It is expected that you show up for yourself, by completing weekly self-reflection/awareness activities, reading parts of the book, and attending the interactive live sessions. This program is life changing for most of my clients and myself included. In the case that you have *truly* applied yourself, and have found that the program did not help you create a healthier relationship with food, I will give you, your money back!

How can Mindful Eating help me?

The Am I Hungry?© Mindful Eating Program will help you:

Is there a discount for seniors/concessions?

No, we currently do not offer discounts or concessions for this program.

I have private health, can I receive rebate for this program?

Yes, the program is delivered by an Australian Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD). For Australian participants, once you have paid for the program you will receive a receipt with which you can claim rebate back. The amount will depend on your level of cover. Check with your private health insurance for more information.

Am I able to pay in instalments?

Unfortunately, payment in instalments is not available when you book online at the moment. However; if you are commited to enrollinh the program and can only pay in installments we can arrange it. Get in touch with me.

Can I get a refund if I choose to discontinue the program?

You can receive a refund if you decide to discontinue before the the second workshop of the program. A 70€ processing fee is withheld which includes your book and workbook (which will be emailed to you prior to starting the first workshop. After that time no refund is availble however I would love to discuss the reasons behind your decision to discontinue. Together we can explore the best course of action for you, such as attending a future program, or doing some individual food and body coaching sessions.

Do you run Mindful Eating Programs for companies?

Yes, I do. In fact, this program has been proven to offer many benefits for staff and employers.The non-diet approach has been linked to a reduction in incidence of chronic diseases including type 2 diabetes and heart disease. It has also been linked to increased productivity, reduced sick leave, decreased body dissatisfaction and improved mental health.This not another ‘weight loss’ program, it delves deeper and provides your team with tools that will help them physically, mentally and spiritually.
